At Animated Apparel, we're proud to deliver to customers across the United States with shipping that's reliable and hassle-free. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

1. General Shipping Information

We currently ship to addresses throughout the United States. The available shipping options, costs and delivery estimates can vary depending on your location and the size and weight of your order.

2. Processing Time

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. During busy periods or promotional events, processing may take a little longer — if there's any delay, we'll keep you updated.

3. Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on every order, with no minimum spend required.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed, this is roughly what to expect:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Transit time: 4–9 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Total delivery time: 6–12 business days
  • Order cut-off: 6:00 PM ET

Please bear in mind that these are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays or severe weather.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We're unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) or restricted areas. Some items may also be subject to shipping limitations based on applicable laws or carrier restrictions.

6. Failed Deliveries and Returned Parcels

If a delivery fails — for example due to repeated failed attempts, an incorrect address, or a parcel that can't be delivered — your order may be sent back to us. We'll get in touch to arrange a fresh shipment, which may involve additional shipping costs.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please email us straight away at hello@animatedapparelcompany.com. We'll work with the carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
